Well most ppl know I’m still in recovery from having items stolen from my car last year. Camera and Equipment…:( Work’s laptop…:( and other items all gone. But as another step toward recovery, Apple has decided to help me out. Well I guess it’s nothing but positive customer service on their part but to me, it’s a great act of understanding.
On a chance I emailed the customer service folks @ Apple and asked if anything could be done , bc my PURCHASED music was stolen when the iPod and Laptop ” ran off.” WITHIN 24 hours, i get a reply that “…Apple will let you redownload (at no charge) all the titles you purchased on this account that are still available.”
That equaled out to 110 songs… about 5 full cd titles and a bunch off singles.
Wait a min… I guess that means that over the course of 3 years I’ve spent about 110$ in MUSIC!!!! D@MN… lol I never thought of it that way.
Well Apple was kind enough to allow me to re-download what i bought and that makes me HAPPY! I guess that just makes sense for them too bc it keeps me a Happy customer who will CONTINUE to buy from them, knowing that looked out for me. lol AHhhh business. Sometimes it works out well in spite of the monopolies
