Still buying batteries? Everything takes power… Cameras, discman, cell phones, MP3 players. And even though a lot of these products have built in rechargeable power cells, the battery market is still strong. So why are more ppl going GREEN?

I’ve been using these Energizer Rechargeable I bought from Walmart. I wasn’t really moved to save the earth by having few batteries tossed in the trash or waste systems of America.. but by cost needs. I’m using external camera flashes pretty regularly and buying a 20 pak of AA batteries just to know that I had a fresh set, wasn’t working for me. I hate needing to go to the store. I like shopping but i hate going to the stores. ( lines, ppl, not finding what I want when I want it. lol) I’m up to 3 sets of 4 batteries. The chargers are bulky but do a fast job of recharging ( completely dead about 45 mins – 1 hour for full charge. I bought a new charger sytstem today. $30 – 4 batteries – 1 charger – 2 power options AC adapter and Car – 15 MINUTE charge. So now i can charge all 12 batteries in under an hour. $30 is kinda expensive but I think if you buy it and just get extra batteries things should good.

I have to research two things.
a) # of charges. Nothing lasts 4ever. After a while all batteries die. So how long is my question.

A buddy of mine who dropped a HUGE load of $$ on her camera kit purchase told me to not be cheap when it comes to your tools. I agree in many ways. I just didnt have the $$ to drop on it at the time and i was using flash as often. Funny enough I have to ask her if she ever uses the flash she bought. It’s only needed to fill. And she does mostly natural subjects.

Anyway. I upped my Flash a bit sooner than i’d planned for, but I’m hoping it a good move. I needed to equip an associate so Upgrading i a-went.

If Zombie’s attacked I’d not do too well. In my dreams i think i do better! but that’s cool. It’s bc i would atleast try to look for my fam b4 running away.. and bc i dont have a gun…:(

There’s an issue with my NEW pro L-series lens. It’s not talking to my camera(named Qamara) properly. This lens give great pictures, when it works!!! but that’s not helping me NOW:(
I have to return this one ASAP. I hate that I have to return it. I have shoots coming up and I was planing to have it be my PRIME lens!! Grrrrrr
UNfair! Well at least Amazon is good enough to refund it w/o issue. Yea Amazon… BOO eBay!

I now have a Cuisinart BT-500… It’s 600 watts so why it’s a 500 series, i cant say. Anyway. I’m BLENDING! Blah blah blah. Who cares right? I do.. and it’s MY blog so i’ll post as a please. I made my 1st smoothie last nite. It was a Green Smoothie ver 2.0

And it was pretty good I’d say. And I had a 2nd opinion who didn’t think it was AS horrid as the color would suggest. U don’t even taste the spinach. Honest. I didn’t realize how strong the taste of banana was. i LIKE it.
So this morning i BLENT…BLENDED…BLAHHHHHHHH… I made a smoothie of * drum roll* Banana, Vanilla yogurt, and carrots Oh.. I’m blending it ALL!!! And when I get the add on parts, the BT-500 will become the BT-500s which will process my food. I’m a lazy chopper! lol
